Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming longtime client and friend Lee Aks and his family for a special visit to see the completion of his newest work, Balance. Moments like these—when artists and their families come together around a finished piece—are always meaningful for our team.

Balance was created as a thoughtful housewarming gift for Lee’s son, Ryan, and daughter-in-law, Tracy. Seeing the sculpture come to life with such a personal purpose made the process even more rewarding. From concept to final fabrication, it was exciting to help bring this piece to completion knowing it would soon become part of their home and daily life.

When the final touches were finished, Ryan and Tracy were eager to take the sculpture home and place it in their beautiful new space. It’s always special to see a work leave the studio not just as a finished sculpture, but as a meaningful gift that will be enjoyed for years to come.

We’re grateful to Lee and his family for the visit and for continuing to share these moments with us. Collaborations like this are what make the work so rewarding—connecting art, family, and place in a lasting way.
