This vibrant sculpture is more than a striking addition to the cityscape; it\u2019s a tribute to Burlington\u2019s queer community and its history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were honored to collaborate with Kojzar in bringing his vision to life. Our team fabricated the stainless steel rings and painted aluminum figures that animate the sculpture, giving the dancers a sense of movement and connection. The result is a piece that feels both joyful and grounded, a celebration of resilience and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sculpture\u2019s details carry layers of significance. With designs from Studio Projects, historical graphics from Vermont\u2019s queer history, and contributions from three local organizations, <em>Dance in Place<\/em> is a true community effort. Each element reflects a shared story\u2014honoring the past, uplifting the present, and inspiring future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city will host a formal dedication on <strong>October 2nd<\/strong>, a moment to gather, reflect, and celebrate together.
